Today is my birthday.  You know what I got in the mail.   A letter from the credit Bureau for a bill that Medicaid told me twice they were going to pay for one of the doctors...

no wonder the doctors are leaving the system..
 Like they told me, they don't get paid properly, so they leave.

I guess I believe those comments now. I have PROOF of that..
